“Championing Excellence: Celebrating Dedication to Quality Public Service through Laboring for Love” was the theme of SDO Tanjay celebrating its 21st anniversary alongside the laudable initiative of the Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) Committee, the Golden Silaw 2023.
The Golden SILAW which stands for Serbisyong Ikapasigarbo Ligdong Alagad Winner emphasizes the pivotal importance of a robust Rewards and Recognition System of Tanjay City Division.
Golden SILAW 2023 honors most outstanding individuals, who have shown superior and extraordinary practices, heartwarming attitudes, exceptional ingenuity, loyal to the cause and selflessly devoted oneself for the collective betterment of Tanjay City Division.
The awardees underwent a series of appraisal, evaluation and validation through the PRAISE committee members headed by ASDS Edmark Ian Cabio. In addition, the awardees were not only given plaque of recognition but also monetary rewards spearheaded by SDS Estela B. Susvilla.
The two-fold activity, held at Osmeña Park on December 15, 2023 also recognized Service Awardees, Teachers who have served the Department for 20, 25, 30 and 35 years.
SDS Estela B. Susvilla, PhD, CESO VI and ASDS Edmark Ian L. Cabio, EdD, CESO VI who were both attending the Regional Pasidungog and the monthly regional MANCOM both gave recorded messages showing their warmth and unwavering support to DepEd Tanjay teaching and non-teaching personnel.
Moreover, Golden SILAW 2023 is a testament to the unwavering commitment of our personnel who labored for love beyond expectations to the advocacy, programs and projects across various job groups and governance levels of Tanjay City Division.

The 21st DepEd Anniversary and Golden SILAW would not be an astounding success without the commendable and unwavering support of SGOD Chief, Dr. Milagros G. Suyo, CID-Chief, Dr. Adonis A.
